Genre: Action adventure / Platformer

Its impact on me:

It was the first game I ever got to play at the age of 3. It introduced me to the world of gaming as well as the genre of platform gaming. It also introduced me to many different concepts such as the sense of achievement when saving the mage when needed or completing a level, collecting a bundle of items to progress and the concept of trial and error to complete a certain mission showing me that sometimes you need to try and try again before success.

The games music has a deep impact on me as depending on the area of the game and the level which the music is placed in created a wide range of atmosphere, ranging from happiness when adventuring the some what harmless forests to the panic of the more darker evil caves filled with monsters. Till this day the music brings back a huge sense of nostalgia as I can re-imagine those younger days.

Amongst all this it also introduced me to certain interests I still have till this day such as Robotics & machine parts, space, monsters, aliens, futuristic technology and even the games aesthetics, Pixel art.
